Entry Requirements For This Course

You must be at least 17½ years old,and have eight or nine GCSE passes at grade C or above, to include English language, maths and science. However, we judge all candidates on their individual merits and may take other skills, qualifications and life experience into account when considering applications. Mature students without formal qualifications will need to provide evidence of their ability to pursue successfully a course at this level. This may include an academic assessment at Harper Adams, taken on interview days. The required GCSEs must be completed prior to application. Applicants doing qualifications beyond GCSE (e.g. AS level, BTEC) can expect to receive an offer asking them to complete these qualifications to show their continued commitment to their education. For the Agriculture route you need at least 10 weeks relevant work experience.
