Entry Requirements For This Course

Applicants from a UK educational background:

112 UCAS points from A-levels. No more than 12 points should come from AS-levels.

We also accept equivalent qualifications, including:

BTEC/National Diploma
International Baccalaureate
Advanced and Progression Diplomas
Access courses
NVQ(Level 3)
Diploma in Health and Social Care (Level 3).

At least three GCSEs including English language and mathematics with a minimum of grade C are also required.

In addition

Candidates will be required to:

Provide evidence of 20 days' experience of paid or voluntary work in a health or social care setting. This must be personally arranged and not part of a course. This must be discussed and reflected upon in your personal statement
Undertake selection tests and an interview
Undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service check,occupational health screening and meet residential regulations.

Applicants from a non-UK educational background:

Please note that this programme is not available tointernational students for March 2017 intake. However, we welcome internationalapplicants for our September 2017 intake.
