Middle East Policy Studies MA
The growing concern with what is broadly called ‘globalisation’ is now a preoccupation of Middle East studies as it is in many other areas. This programme looks at how policy making at national level is affected by changes at the global level, and how multi-lateral decision-making affects the options of the developing countries of the Middle East. It also considers the institutional framework of policy and questions of reform, and deals with the business environment for economic and social policy.

Entry requirements A good honours degree preferably, but not necessarily, in Arabic, Islamic or Middle Eastern Studies.
