Entry Requirements For This Course

MPhil

A 2:1 honours degree, or international equivalent, in a science or medicine related subject.

PhD

2:1 honours degree, or international equivalent, in the above subjects plus further research experience and/or a further qualification such as an MRes.

If you have lower English Language scores, you may be accepted onto one of the following Pre-sessional English Language courses. 

  • 6 week Pre-sessional entry: IELTS 6.0 overall (with a minimum of 5.5 in all sub-skills)
  • 10 week Pre-sessional entry:  IELTS 5.5 overall (with a minimum of 5.0 in all sub-skills)
