Our BSc (Hons) Psychology programme is accredited by The British Psychological Society (BPS) and is a recognised qualification by employers throughout the country. Upon graduation, you’ll be eligible for the Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC) and from there you can take steps towards becoming a Chartered Psychologist.

This course follows our programme structure, which means you have a shared first year, and then choose to specialise in a specific field of psychology. Our course also offers a foundation year option, which takes the total course to four years. The foundation year is perfect for you if you don't meet the entry requirements.    

Our programme has the following pathways: Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Sport & Exercise Psychology, Psychology & Criminology, Forensic Psychology and Psychological Studies. Join us for our open day and find out what it is like to study at Buckinghamshire New University. You can view our state-of-the-art facilities, discover more about our career-focused courses, take a tour of our accommodation and get all your questions answered. If you're interested in studying our nursing and midwifery courses, we will take you to our Uxbridge Campus by bus from our High Wycombe Campus. You'll be able to see our realistic nursing wards and facilities on campus as well as chat to staff and students. We'll then take you back to our High Wycombe Campus.
