This Maths degree is also offered through a combined Bachelors and Masters level study package - MMath. With just one additional year of full-time study, you'll gain greater breadth and depth of mathematics skills and techniques relevant to practicing mathematicians. You'll study advanced topics in applicable mathematics, statistics and pure mathematics - giving you the best chance of landing your dream job after graduation.

You can opt to initially enrol on the undergraduate Bachelors Honours degree, and progress to MMath if you achieve satisfactory grades in your assessments during your first two years of study. Alternatively, you can apply for direct entry to the MMath course, which is ideal if you know you want to study at postgraduate level.

Typical IB Offer - Pass the International Baccalaureate Diploma with a minimum score of 29 overall including a score of 6 in Mathematics at Higher Level. You will also need to obtain a score of 5 or above in English at standard level.

Typical Access to HE Offer - Pass an Access to HE Diploma in Maths and obtain a minimum of 80 UCAS tariff points

Additional Requirements - GCSEs: The University normally requires a minimum 5 GCSEs including Mathematics/Numeracy and English at Grade C or Grade 4 or above, or their equivalent, but consideration is given to individual circumstances.
