Falmouth University

Located in Cornwall, Falmouth University was originally founded in 1902 as the Falmouth College of Art. It currently has a league table ranking of 31 according to the Guardian and was officially granted university status in 2012.

Based across two academic campuses, the university has ten departments with over 4,000 students studying a range of courses, including acting, english, music and interior design.

Falmouth University has a union that represents both Falmouth and Exeter students at Penryn Campus. There are a wide range of clubs and societies to participate in like business, politics and sports.

Sports facilities across Falmouth University and Penryn Campus include a fitness centre with exercise studio, outdoor gym equipment and a multi-use games area. There are also many sports clubs offering horse riding, rock climbing, water sports, football, cricket and rugby.

Most first year undergraduates are guaranteed a place in accommodation. There are a range of options available with prices ranging from £111 per week for en-suite rooms to £138 for a studio.
