A good Honours degree in psychology that confers the GBR (Graduate Basis for Registration) with the BPS (British Psychological Society) and experience working in a forensic setting. Trainees must complete an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check (previously the Criminal Records Bureau check) before attending any placement. This course is exempt from the 'Rehabilitation of Offenders Act' and no convictions are considered 'spent'. elevant forensic experience or similar alternative.
