Entry Requirements For This Course
We welcome applicants without traditional entry qualifications as we base decisions on our own assessment of qualifications, knowledge and previous work experience. We may waive formal entry requirements based on judgement of academic potential.
Students without an adequate background in economics or quantitative methods may be required to take, and pass with credit, two foundation modules from the Certificate of Higher Education in Economics.
ALTERNATIVE ENTRY ROUTES
Access to Higher Education Diploma with a minimum of 15 credits achieved at Merit or Distinction in accounting, business or economics units.
Two specified modules of the Certificate of Higher Education in Economics - Economic Principles and Quantitative Economic Methods - with a minimum mark of 60%.
If you are returning to study, the Certificate of Higher Education in Higher Education Introductory Studies is accepted as an entry requirement onto the BSc, if you successfully complete the designated modules to the appropriate standard.
