Elements of the course are practical in nature and performed within an enclosed space and delegates will require a degree of fitness to complete tasks such as - climbing vertical ladders, donning escape sets, lifting dummy casualties, operating manually driven winches, passing through restricted opening and be able to remain in a dark and confined spaces. The ability to complete all of these elements are pre-requisites to join this course.
