Entry Requirements For This Course
Applicants from a UK educational background:128 UCASpoints from A-levels, including biology and chemistry at grade C or above. Nomore than 24 points should come from AS-levels including science. You will alsoneed GCSEs at grade C or above in English language, mathematics and a science.You will be required to attend an interview.
We willalso accept:
- Alternative qualifications including National Diploma
- Appropriate qualifications such as an HNC, HND or foundation degree can be considered for entry into this degree in Year 2 or later.

Applicants from a non-UK educational background:Applicantsmust have successfully completed 12 years of full time education, anddemonstrated competence in mathematics (usually equivalent to GCSE gradeC). You will be required to attend aninterview.
If youwere educated in a language other than English and/or in a country whereEnglish speakers are in a minority, you should have a minimum IELTS score of6.0 (with a minimum of 5.5 in each skill) or equivalent. If you require a Tier4 (General) student visa to study in the UK, your score must be from a UK Visasand Immigration approved IELTS test.
