Financial Innovations, Technologies and Artificial Intelligence MSc

Our MSc in Financial Innovations, Technologies and Artificial Intelligence (AI) combines classical quantitative finance techniques with cutting-edge developments in financial technology, including machine learning and AI. During your master's programme, you will take six core modules, which are described in more detail in the course structure:

  • Quantitative Methods for Finance
  • Financial Markets and Securities
  • Fund Management
  • Mathematics for Artificial Intelligence
  • Financial Econometrics
  • Risk Management and AI

You will also choose two from the three following optional modules:

  • AI and Cyber Security for Business
  • Derivative Pricing
  • Stochastic Calculus for Finance

In the third term, you will work on your master's dissertation, which is an independent research project, with guidance from your academic supervisor. You will continue to work on your dissertation throughout the remainder of the summer and submit it in September at the end of the master's programme.
