The MSc Management (Human Resource Management) programme at Swansea University is designed for students who are interested in the human element of business management, from classical human resource management, to areas such as leadership and managing human elements of business in a dynamic global context. 

You will also learn about management in an interconnected global community as well as core management concepts such as managing financial resources, operations management, human resource management and marketing management to give you a solid grounding in a range of dynamic business principles.

Accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) the only chartered professional body in the UK dedicated to promoting the highest standards in management and leadership excellence, the course is open to students from any discipline who would like to work in business or management. Upon successful completion of the relevant mapped modules within the MSc Management you will qualify for CMI’s Level seven Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership.

Entry Requirements For This Course

Students must attain a 2:2 (or overseas equivalent) in an undergraduate degree. Any degree subject will be considered.

We consider all applications on their merits and will look at each individual case before making an offer so students who fall slightly short of the entry criteria should still apply to the School of Management.
