Entry Requirements For This Course
You should normally have been employed in the construction industry for at least one year, after graduation, at an appropriate level (at a managerial or senior technical level)
and
either possess a degree or equivalent qualification, in a science, engineering or built environment discipline from a recognised institution
or an equivalent professional qualification.
Exceptionally, we will admit students with non-construction related qualifications provided they have significant industry /professional experience.
In exceptional circumstances, where an individual has substantial and significant experiential learning, a portfolio of written evidence demonstrating the meeting of the graduate qualities (including subject specific outcomes, specified by the Course Committee) may be considered as an alternative entrance route. Evidence used to demonstrate graduate qualities may not be used for exemption against modules within the programme.
All students must be proficient in the written and spoken English language (GCSE grade C or equilvalent). International students must have attained:
IELTS: 6.0
TOEFL: 550 (or equivalent in the computer or internet-based test)
