Global Shipping Management MSc

The MSc Global Shipping Management programme provides a uniqueopportunity to address the academic and educational needs of the rapidlygrowing and competitive global shipping industry. Entry Requirements For This Course

Entry requirements

Applicants should have:

An undergraduate degree in a business, law, scienceor technology discipline with at least a second-class award.

OR Merchant Marine or Royal Navy Officer qualifications(or overseas equivalent) with relevant sea-experience and/or equivalent shorebased work experience will be considered.

  • Students with appropriate professional andvocational experience may be considered for the programme subject to demonstratingthe potential to succeed in the programme.
  • Particular attention is paid to the level ofrelationship of each individual candidate with the shipping industry
  • Overseas qualifications will be considered on anindividual basis.
  • Full-time or part-time admission with advancedstanding will be considered on an individual basis.
  • Students educated ina language other than English should have an IELTS score of 6.0 or above withno skill less than 5.5.
