Applicants should have:

A first class honours degree, 2.1 or 2.2 in a subject related to nursing such human science, health or social care

PLUS a minimum of three GCSEs including English language and mathematics at grade C or above, or equivalent

PLUS experience of working/volunteering in a health/social care setting for at least 12 months or part-time equivalent.

* Students who do not have English as their first language will be required to demonstrate an IELTS score of 7.0 with not less than 6.0 achieved in any element.

* Candidates must attend an interview and undertake literacy and numeracy testing. They must also provide evidence of a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service and health checks.

* Applicants must be eligible for an NHS Bursary.
