For entry to our Masters programmes a good 2:1 class Bachelors degree in English studies or a similar subject is required. We would also request a 2,000-3,000 word sample of your writing (usually an undergraduate essay) to be submitted alongside the documentation identified in the Applying tab as part of your application for this programme. International qualifications Applications from international students are welcome. International qualifications will be evaluated in line with the National Recognition Information Centre (NARIC) guidelines. English language qualifications All applicants must have reached a minimum required standard of English language, and are required to provide evidence of this.
