Entry Requirements For This Course

Applicants should have a Bachelors degree with a minimum classification of Second Class Honours, Upper Division (2:1) or its international equivalent. We will consider graduates of all disciplines. In certain instances we will also consider applicants with a degree result of 2:2 (or equivalent). This may be the case if an applicant has relevant professional experience (please see below) or if their undergraduate degree is in a subject relevant to HRD such as (but not restricted to) Human Resource Management/Development, Education, Social Science, Politics, International Relations or Political Science, Economics, Public Administration, Development Studies, Gender Studies, Sociology, Business, History, Geography, Engineering.

Professional experience considered in the above context should be of 6 months duration or more and can be in the following areas, although this list is not exhaustive: HR, Education, International Development or Administration/Public Sector.
