Entry Requirements For This Course

112-128 UCAS points from a minimum of two A-levels or equivalent Level 3 qualification.

UCAS tariff points for foundation year: 64

Qualifications needed for 2025:

Acceptable qualifications include a minimum of two A-Levels, a BTEC National Extended Diploma (Distinction, Distinction, Merit) or Access to HE with 112 UCAS points in Engineering, Science, Business and Mathematics subjects.

Applications from those that have undertaken an Engineering foundation year will also be considered.

Direct entry to Year 2 requires exemption from Year 1 of the course. This is normally attained with a BTEC Higher National Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction or a similar qualification with a minimum of five merits.

Foundation year

For the degree with a foundation year, a minimum of 64 UCAS points from A-levels or equivalent Level 3 qualifications is required.
