Construction Project Management (Full-time) MSc

Overview

Establish professional project management skills for the construction sector, under a city skyline that hosts the UK’s tallest skyscraper.

On this MSc Construction Project Management degree, you’ll study the organisational and technical methods to lead a large-scale, high-cost project and the multi-functional teams that work on them. Studying construction projects from drawing board to final sign-off, you’ll gain the expertise to grasp legal and financial issues, while understanding the social and environmental impact of your work. 

You’ll graduate with the skills and understanding to take on construction project management jobs in London, the UK, and beyond.

Careers site Glassdoor quoted an average salary for construction project managers in London of over £50K in 2022.  As a graduate of this Master’s programme, you’ll be able to demonstrate your skills for careers in this sector, from the commercial and legal aspects at the planning stage to the technical and environmental aspects on site. 

You’ll also have the knowledge and skills to pivot to any new sector that has project management needs, or to go into further research.

Entry Requirements For This Course

A good honours degree or equivalent in a relevant subject, or equivalent industrial and work experience in construction management or other related field.

English language proficiency at a minimum of IELTS band 6.0 with no component score below 5.5.
